Terms of Service for A.B Cleaning customers

  • When requesting a quote, customers must be honest about the property condition, specific requirements, size of house, pets, and scope of the clean required. If not, extra charges may occur on arrival. If you are unsure about what details we cover in the quote provided, please ask.

  • Prices are set per job, not hourly. All pricing includes GST.

  • Payment must be made in advance, at least 72 hours before the date of service.

  • Cancellations over 48 hours notice will receive a full refund, 48-24 hours prior will be entitled to a 50% refund and any cancellations within 24 hours will not be entitled to any refunds. If we needed to cancel for any reason you will receive a full refund to your chosen bank account immediately.

  • Any issues with your service are to be raised within 48 hours, we will happily return ONCE to fix any/all issues to our best ability. We encourage you to meet us at the property upon completion for a final walk through, if not we are always happy to meet with a property manager, real estate agent, or a nominee on your behalf.

  • We must be supplied with access to the property on the agreed upon day and time, if not this will affect the time we have allocated to clean, or may result in us needing to reschedule.

  • We supply all equipment and supplies needed to provide our services; however, you must have running water and electricity at the property. If not, we need to be informed in advance to ensure we can still provide the service, and extra costs will occur.

  • For health and safety purposes we will not clean blood, vomit, faeces, animal excrement, or urine, drug paraphernalia, or needles. If informed of any of this prior to the clean we may be able to accommodate you at our discretion, if we discover this during, we reserve the right to cancel our services immediately.

  • Any breakages caused by us will be covered by our insurance, if small we will always be happy to replace or professionally repair the item. Anything already damaged prior to our service is not our responsibility. Failure to inform us of any special cleaning or chemical requirements resulting in damage will be considered your responsibility.

    By agreeing to book in with us, you agree to adhere to A.B Cleaning conditions of service as listed above.
